Here is the scan of a patient with parotid cysts posted by Tim Frost.
I have a 45-years-old otherwise healthy woman with large multiloculated cysts in both parotids that have been present for about 3 years. A FNA showed only necrotic debris and polymorphonuclears, but did not show specific evidence for Warthin's tumor. The patient is not febrile or otherwise symptomatic and the cystic masses are about 2 cm in diameter. I have an HIV cooking. Any ideas?
