Caloric test

I seldom find caloric testing useful now that we have MRI.

My management of dizziness can be summed up: if no intracranial cause (MRI) or
middle ear disease (otoscopy) then give something beginning with "S" -
sympathy, Stugeron (cinnarizine), Serc(betahistine), Stemetil
(prochlorperazine).

BPPV needs Epley's, but diagnosis is straightforward. Treatment of Meniere's
will still be debated when I retire.
